We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager, who will join our team and help to look after a range of marketing activities on behalf of our clients.
You’ll need to be super organised and have a good grip of marketing tech. You’ll need to work with email marketing tools, CRM apps and website management systems. You’ll also be an excellent writer and communicator.
Our clients use a mix of platforms like Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, Canva, Wordpress, Hubspot and Asana for example - so we’ll expect you to either have knowledge of platforms like these, or be able to wrap your head around them really quickly.
You’ll work on internal projects, such as online communities and sister brands, through to strategy, planning and execution on behalf of our clients. Bear in mind that while you’ll be involved in strategy and future planning, we also expect you to be able to ‘do the doing’ too. So writing copy, building website pages, running client calls, planning email campaigns and scheduling social media posts could all be in a day’s work.
We work with clients ranging from accountants and professional firms through to tech startups and the creative industries. Our projects are varied but exciting - our motto is ‘good work with good people’, and we can guarantee you’ll learn a lot and meet some awesome people along the way.
Key responsibilities:
Community comms - we build and manage communities on behalf of our clients, and we’ll need you to design and run member campaigns
Planning integrated marketing campaigns
Writing and scheduling marketing emails
Managing social channels, including writing and scheduling social media posts plus engagement
Managing the production of social media assets
Writing and editing website content, working within a CMS
Writing and editing blogs
Reporting on performance KPIs

Key skills:
Experience using at least one email platform, like Mailchimp
Experience of using social media in a client / professional context
You’ll be an excellent writer and all round good communicator
Experience of campaign planning
Excellent deadline management
Able to proofread and edit other’s work - don’t worry, we’re not expecting you to be a professional proofreader, but a keen eye for detail is essential
Experience of working within a CMS system, like Wordpress or Squarespace
You’ll have worked with clients or external partners before - so you know what it’s like to manage expectations and communicate effectively with others not within the business
B2B experience plus agency experience would be an advantage.
It would also be useful for you to have some knowledge of the startup world
Some knowledge of SEO would also be beneficial..
Benefits include the following:
Flexibility - our core working hours are 9am - 5pm, however we are happy to discuss alternative hours for the right candidate.

Option for laptop & phone allowance
Company pension scheme, bonus scheme and holiday allowance.
A good work / life balance - we proactively support positive mental health and wellbeing within the workplace.
What we’ll need from you:
You will be creative and resilient, with an adaptive mindset.
You will be a team player, ready to help and support colleagues when and where possible.
You will be able to quality control your own work to an extent - having the confidence and ability of what you share internally or with clients is of a high standard.
You will also be a highly organised multi-tasker, able to work independently and be self-motivated, and manage multiple priorities while juggling deadlines.
You should also be entrepreneurial and proactive, able to spot opportunities to create content and help clients achieve their business ambitions.
