
Part-time Marketing Coordinator
Location: Remote working (UK working hours) with fortnightly coworking in or around Bristol.
Part-time: 3 days per week
Contract: Initial 6 months with the possibility of permanent
Salary: £25k pro rata
Start date: ASAP

We’re looking for a super-organised marketer who can help us to achieve great things on behalf of our clients.
You might be relatively early in your career, or you might be mid-level and looking for something varied and flexible. You don’t have to know everything, but you have to be willing to learn and have a positive can-do attitude along the way.
We work with clients ranging from accountants and tech companies to the creative industries and healthcare sector. Our projects are varied but exciting – our motto is ‘good work with good people’, and we can guarantee you’ll learn a lot and meet some awesome people along the way.
What you’ll be doing:
We work on all elements of the marketing mix, from email campaigns, social media and CRM systems to building websites, managing online communities and writing content. In this role you’ll be helping our team to deliver excellent work across all of those things (and more!).
You’ll take on:
Writing blogs, emails and social media posts
Briefing designers on artwork and campaigns
Working with other suppliers and freelancers
Organising activity to support project management
Helping to produce podcasts and videos
Supporting live and online events
Updating websites
Producing reports on activity and data performance
Required skills:

Be super organised and stay on top of multiple deadlines
Work with digital marketing tools, such as Mailchimp, Canva, Squarespace or Hubspot
Have excellent attention to detail
Be an excellent writer and communicator
Be able to pick up new tech and marketing tools quickly
Have had at least 2 years of relevant working experience, either in-house or agency side

You will be creative and resilient, with an adaptive mindset
You will be a team player, ready to help and support colleagues when and where possible
You will also be a highly organised multi-tasker, able to work independently and be self-motivated, and manage multiple priorities while juggling deadlines
Most of all, a proactive attitude and being ready to get stuck is essential
