Creative UK

We have taken on a diverse and exciting range of projects with Creative UK (previously Creative England). From delivering a business development workshop at Mokrin House in Serbia with the British Council, through to helping a cohort of screen businesses get investor ready with UKBAA, plus designing and delivering cross-sector startup bootcamps - we have worked with Creative UK since the early days of Disruptive Thinking.

IMPACT

We have been fortunate to work with many amazing people and organisations including the British Council, UK Business Angels Association, the NHS and the Academic Health Science Network, the Wellcome Trust, Social Tech Trust, Bethnal Green Ventures, Triodos Bank and many, many more. Creative UK has gained a trusted partner, who they can rely on to deliver against potentially complex and evolving project briefs.

Oxford Brookes University

We designed and optimised an integrated marketing campaign and workshop schedule for student entrepreneurs. Utilising key Brookes channels, analytics and events tech to drive applications, attendance saw a significant year-on-year increase from the previous term, with one of our sessions 200% over-subscribed (we ended up booking a much bigger room…).

IMPACT

We helped the team at Oxford Brookes to exceed their set KPIs for the programme, and along the way engaged with lots of bright young entrepreneurial minds. From electric cars through to health tech and disrupting the coffee cup industry, the students had some truly inspiring business ideas.

Deloitte

We were initially approached to project manage a website rebuild and redesign, and to advise the team on how to develop it best to suit marketing and sales strategy moving forwards. As the project was delivered, the senior leadership team expanded the scope to also manage marketing and partnership activity.

IMPACT

Commercial performance improved exponentially as both sales volumes increased quarter by quarter. Revenue performance increased by threefold compared to the start of our work with the team to the end of our contract. The CMO work on the product launch also ensured a fully researched, scoped and agile rollout of a new product.

Create Open Health

Working with the West of England Academic Health Science Network (AHSN - part of the NHS), we designed and project managed a year long health tech accelerator programme that aimed to support positive mental health and resilience in young people. Our team also delivered the marketing campaign which drove applications to and promoted the programme.

IMPACT

We took 12 ideas through to a bootcamp stage, where they received two days worth of free idea development support, including a technical hack and a chance to meet the experts who could make their ideas a reality.

Empire Engineering

Empire Engineering asked us to help sell tickets to their inaugural conference, Foundation Ex, where they looked to provide valuable technical content to the industry generating leads for business development purposes. We were asked to consult on business development processes, including a review of CRM systems and workflow.

IMPACT

We completed the delegate acquisition campaign on target in terms of volume, however a key success was the quality of delegate - Empire Engineering generated numerous opportunities from delegate companies from which they have since won a contract worth several times the overall expense of the event.

Atom Content Marketing

We were initially approached to help Atom, a digital publisher, integrate a new product into their workflow. This soon extended to us taking on outsourced digital marketing for the team, in addition to advising on their strategic and practical approach to business development, campaigns and clients.

IMPACT

Atom has became our first and longest running client, where we have supported them on a number of initiatives and projects. We have been involved in the successful execution and integration of new products into their portfolio, we’ve also improved their technical knowledge and ultimately had a positive impact on commercial performance.
